Teams are assigned to a home district based on the team’s city listed in the FIRST database. Each district has their own specific set of qualifiers within that district and all qualifiers in that district advance into a specific District Championship.
During Early Bird registration, teams can only register into a qualifier in their assigned home district once that district is enabled. Once General Tournament registration opens for your district, then teams in that district can freely choose to register into any tournament that has space.
